Doctor Strange Movie Review

One from my love/favorites list is watching movie and I am super hype whenever there’s a new movie coming from Marvel Cinematic Universe. And yes today my sweets I’ll be reviewing Marvel’s Doctor Strange! Directed by Scott Derrickson, starring Benedict Cumberbatch, Chiwetel Ejiofor, Rachel McAdams, Benedict Wong, Mads Mikkelsen, and Tilda Swinton.

Basically the story is where Stephen Strange was once a egoistic surgeon who lost his ability to operate due to an accident. During the process of healing, he cannot bare the fact he has to stop  working for a long period of time for him to heal, so he paid thousand of dollars for fast recovery but nothing work. So he went on a quest in research for the Ancient One as his last option for recovery but he must put aside his ego and learn the secrets of the hidden world of mysticism and alternate dimensions. Strange must act as an intermediary between the real world and what lies beyond, utilizing a vast array of metaphysical abilities and artifacts to protect the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

I have to admit I haven’t watch a Marvel movie on a big screen– and Doctor Strange as my first ever I have a lot of expectations. And my expectation was nothing compare to what I’ve got because it was so amazing.

First of all the special effects used in this movie was incredible. Since the mystical world is involve, the walls and builds do turn, reform, and/or rotate flawlessly. It might get you feel motion sickness a little bit, though it would be all worth it.

The hand tactics used in order to form a portal to open other worlds or cities will be a little tricky to try but with a little practice you might find yourself in another world.

The story line was good as well, though what is hard to determine is what exactly is the Doctor’s personality, I mean he can be really sarcastic.

Over all rating is definitely 15 out of 10.

It’s hard to give a review without trying not to spoil.

Though I have to say what lesson the movie thought me; and that is sometimes what you want isn’t always what you need. Sometimes life can be awful however if you keep on trying it might actually turn out okay. The struggle you are facing right now can actually help you to develop and become the better version of yourself depending on the steps you take. Although you don’t know what the actually freak you’re doing but at least you’re aware that there is more in life and the things we want to reach can also be the reason why we can be hateful or evil.

Therefore do not see yourself better than other’s– you’re actually getting the true treasures in life and the key to happiness if you remain humble.

Long story short I can’t help but always say “Try me Beyoncé” after watching it.

. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .

Pro-tip if you are going to watch any movie created by Marvel Cinematic Universe DO NOT LEAVE UNTIL THE CREDITS IS OVER. They have like a 30 seconds or more clip at the end which can be like a short introduction of what movie is next. Trust me if it’s Marvel it’s worth it.
